Mr. Vivian Desmonts joined DS Avocats in 1998 and has practiced Chinese Law since then. After several years in our offices of Paris and Shanghai, he has been developing since 2004 the activities of our Firm in South China and manages our office in Guangzhou. He is a member of the Paris bar, official legal counsel of the French General Consulate in Guangzhou and member of the European Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. Mr Vivian Desmonts’ practice focuses on Foreign Direct Investments in China, including acquisitions, and covers corporate law, labor law and tax law.
